Operations & Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday: 7.30am - 4.30pm, Saturday: 7.30am - 12.45pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Plan and organize day-to-day operations of the facility
Responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment
Lead a group of foreign workers, hauliers and tanker attendants
Oversee and commit to plant safety procedures
Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in the in-house system
Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to ensure operations runs smoothly
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
Possess relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas preferred
Prior experience ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment
Requires proven supervisory skills with ability to lead a team effectively
