Logistics Executive– (Export/Shipping/Documentation) - Up to $4,000
Location : Sin Ming Lane (Near Bright Hill MRT)
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Mobile Allowance + Average of 2 Months Bonus + 14 – 18 Days AL + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Prepare full set of export shipping documentations such as invoice, packing list and delivery order.
Communicate and liaise closely with internal and external departments to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve issues arising
Liaise and coordinate with local and overseas vendors, freight forwarders on delivery and collection arrangement
Monitor and follow-up with customers to ensure on-time and accurate shipping documents and delivery arrangement
Support the team in documents submission on customer portal (Project).
Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accuracy on packing and delivery/collection arrangement
Requirements:
Minimum of Diploma or its equivalent in Supply Chain or Logistics with at least one year of working experience in Logistics Operations or similar role.
Freight knowledge preferred.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin.
