Regional Business Development Executive (Beauty/Personal Care/Skin Care)
Location : Shenton Way
Working hours : Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000 Basic + 20% Target Bonus (Per Annum Gross) + Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production, etc.) to ensure timely task completion.
Maintain project trackers, documentation, and databases while monitoring progress and addressing risks.
Track documentation, production timelines, and logistics, acting as the main contact for clients and suppliers.
Help build and maintain regional partnerships with clients and suppliers.
Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and conduct market research.
Represent the company in meetings with prospects, partners, or clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development, project coordination, or client services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of the beauty/personal care industry is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
