Position: Logistic Coordinator/Executive (Shipment/Freight Forwarding/Import/Export)
Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT) - Office to shift to Tuas West next year
Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + OT +Medical

Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate with storekeepers to meet customer shipment deadlines.
Ensure item accuracy and availability; input serial numbers in Navision.
Generate delivery orders (DO), including necessary shipping details.
Schedule and route deliveries efficiently; arrange drivers and forwarders.
Prepare export shipping documents (CIPL); coordinate fumigation if required.
Verify transporter invoices and prevent overbilling.
Liaise with freight forwarders for cost-effective service.
Support sales with product samples, inventory checks, and urgent shipments.
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics, material planning, or coordination roles
Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration
Familiar with Portnet and crimsonlogic
