Our Client, Global leader US MNC within FMCG
Location: Buona Vista
Salary: Up to $4,500 (Depending on experience)
1 year contract
Working hours: 9am - 6pm (some Weekends may be required however OIL/Off will be given)
Job Responsibilities:
Provide real-time scheduling support, including booking appointments and managing calendars
Operate standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, calculators)
Maintain organized filing systems and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and speed
Create, format, revise, and manage documents using MS Office tools
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and mail
Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholder
Support business decisions through data analysis and insight generation
Clean and filter data by reviewing reports
Track and consolidate pricing information
Manage and enhance reporting processes
Prepare datasets for publication on Power BI
Maintain and set up pricing systems
Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Doc, Excel, PPT), Power BI is a must
Ability to multitask and solve problems independently
Strong attention to details and following-up skills. Strong Ability to generate reports and sorting of data
