Responsibilities:
Make sure customer’s orders are processed promptly & accurately
Make sure timely & accurate billing process
Manage the receiving & processing functions following the warehouse operation
Maintain and monitor inventory accuracy in WMS system
Assist in issue shipping documents (e.g: Bills of Lading, Arrival Notice, Declare Import & Export Permit)
Other ad hoc been assigned
Requirements:
At least 1 years of working experience as warehouse customer services
Preferable experience in trucking and warehousing
Experience with WMS and MS Office
