Sport Retail Assistant Up to $2395/month + Commission – Islandwide Locations
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service
Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
Stay updated on product knowledge and latest trends
Support daily store operations and assist with ad-hoc tasks
Work as a team to maintain a positive and inclusive environment
Salary & Benefits:
Basic salary up to $2,300 + Attractive Commission
5-day work week (including weekends & public holidays)

Overtime pay after 44 hours per week

Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience
Able to commit on weekends and public holidays
Strong communication skills (spoken & written), proactive and adaptable team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking responsibilities
Physically fit
Basic math skills required for cashiering and transactions
