???? Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with facility bookings (via system and email)
Ensure bookings are in line with terms & conditions and prompt payment is received
Manage the booking mailbox and respond to requests in a timely manner
Handle feedback, quotations, queries, and complaints professionally
Oversee end-to-end booking process, ensuring smooth follow-through
Generate and analyze booking reports as required
Assist in user administration and system testing for the booking mobile app
? Job Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in facility booking systems is an advantage
???? Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: $2,500 – $2,600
12 Days Annual Leave + 14 Days Medical Leave
