We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a strong focus on staffing and recruitment to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is integral to ensuring the company's talent needs are met efficiently while remaining compliant with local regulations and internal policies.

Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment for IDL roles.
Coordinate interviews and liaise with external recruitment agencies.
Prepare employment contracts, appointments, and resignation letters.
Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Ensure timely renewal and signing of employment contracts.
Process monthly HR-related payments (e.g., agency fees, clinic invoices, transport).
Conduct exit interviews and support employee counseling.
Maintain manpower reports, HR metrics, and government submissions (e.g., MOM).
Analyze turnover trends and support retention strategies.
Organize employee engagement and communication activities.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with local laws and RBA standards.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in any discipline; qualifications in Human Resource Management or related fields are advantageous.
Preferably minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a similar HR or recruitment role.
Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and work pass regulations.
