The Opportunity

Adecco is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for a global freight forwarder, to manage clients within the chemical, industrial, and marine verticals. This role involves managing customer relationships and working closely with key accounts to sustain and grow business opportunities. The successful candidate will maintain P&L responsibility for warehouse operations, ensuring financial performance aligns with business targets. The position requires overseeing and leading warehouse operations across Project Logistics Singapore warehouse and project sites, ensuring effective execution of inbound, outbound, and storage activities. The role also involves leading a team of 4 headcount, developing operational strategies to optimize warehouse performance, enforcing compliance, and meeting or exceeding customer expectations and contractual KPIs.

Work days: 5 days, Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 6:15 PM)

Salary up to $7500+ AWS + VB

The Job

Maintain P&L responsibility for warehouse operations and ensure financial performance aligns with business targets

Oversee and lead warehouse operations across GPIS Singapore warehouse and project sites

Develop operational strategies to optimize warehouse performance and enforce compliance

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement operational best practices

Uphold health, safety, and security standards in warehouse activitiesx

The Talent

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and VBA

Experience in creating and using operational dashboards, such as Power BI and Tableau

Strong presentation skills with experience engaging senior management

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written

Knowledge of warehouse automation tools and systems
