Job Description

Acclaim Law is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to provide expert administrative and secretarial support to our legal team.


Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing / handling the administrative lifecycle of conveyancing files, ensuring accuracy, meeting critical deadlines, and maintaining clear communication with all parties.


Core Duties:

  • Handle full administrative duties for private property sales and purchases.
  • Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, letters, and emails.
  • Coordinate claims, searches, billing, and deadline tracking.
  • Serve as a liaison for clients and third parties, addressing queries effectively.
  • Perform all other assigned secretarial and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a conveyancing or legal secretarial capacity.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and maintain meticulous records.
  • Strong technical proficiency and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Professional demeanour with excellent communication skills.
