Coordinate Talent programs and Next-Gen Talent
Support planning of workshops and learning sessions
To maintain and update databases and dashboards using Excel/ Power BI
To prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
Create simple communication material using Canva and PowerPoint
Assist in budget tracking and vendor coordination
Requirements:
Min Degree in HRM/ Business Admin or related discipline
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, Talent Development and digital tools
Experience in Power BI, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Strong organizational and communication skills
