$4000 - $6000 Basic + Bonus + AWS
Adecco is partnering with a Global Listed MNC in Industrial Steel, Forging & Precision Machining Solutions
The Job:
Drive annual sales and profitability targets with project timelines.
Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans, including market research, go-to-market proposals, and sales target tracking.
Manage and grow existing customer relationships, prospect new clients, and expand distribution channels in strategic locations.
Lead project management, organize trainings/presentations, and prepare regular performance reports for management.
Oversee budgets for marketing, promotions and headcount.
The Talent:
Degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline
3 - 5 years sales expereince in industrial sectors
Understanding on industrial forging and casting is an added advantage
