The Talent
Bachelor's degree in any discipline with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
Familiarity with public sector operations is an advantage
Job Description
Manage and respond to public feedback in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-up actions and service recovery
Support service excellence initiatives and policy implementation
Compile and analyse feedback data for reporting purposes
