The Opportunity -Office Admin Executive (6 months/ Central/ up to 3.5k)
Work with US MNC within food-tech industry
Monday - Friday: 9am-6pm
Working location: Central
6 months contract
Salary : up to $3,500
The Talent
Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience in a corporate environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in event planning and vendor coordination is a plus.
Job Description
Manage office pantry and stationery supplies, including purchase requests for office-related orders.
Plan and manage events such as celebrations and conferences held in Singapore.
Coordinate office upkeep, liaising with landlords and cleaning vendors.
Provide travel arrangements and administrative support to the management team.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and respond on behalf of managers when necessary.
