Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules for internal and external meetings, liaise with transport providers for local travel arrangements, and ensure timely updates on meetings, meals, golf bookings, and other appointments.
Provide support for business travel, including visa applications, overseas accommodation, and logistics arrangements, which may extend to private flights and related bookings.
Oversee monthly expense reporting and claims processing.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and provide administrative support as assigned by the CEO and reporting supervisors.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma qualification with 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in a corporate or professional setting, supporting senior management.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure.
Able to resolve problems independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
