Job ID: 1149613 Customer Relations Officer (retail hour/ Central/ Up to $3,200)

Responsibilities:

Delivered professional front-line customer service, including greeting clients by name, offering refreshments, and introducing upcoming treatments.

Managed daily and future treatment schedules, ensuring staff coordination and smooth customer flow.

Handled sales transactions, invoicing, and accurate data entry of customer profiles, treatment plans, and product packages.

Maintained facility cleanliness, equipment readiness, and inventory levels.

Ensured full compliance with company SOPs and promptly reported any policy deviations.

Assisted in onboarding and training new staff on service standards and operational procedures.

Supported cashiering, reporting, and other administrative or ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer relations role, preferably within the beauty industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Meticulous with strong attention to detail.

Skilled in negotiation and confident in managing difficult conversations.

Able to handle challenging customer requests with professionalism and composure.

Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and retail hours when required.
