Responsibilities
Draft weekly announcements and regularly update the Staff Directory and tracking lists.
Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Handle invoice processing and raise purchase orders (POs).
Provide administrative support such as sending invitations, managing registrations and attendance, booking rooms, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma holder
IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Administrative experience will be an advantage
