Min Diploma / Degree in Business Admin or related discipline
At least 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations management with 1-2 years in a supervisory role
Prior experience working in call centre environment essential
NO shifts required
Able to support daily execution of operations, ensure smooth handling of enquiries, escalations and issue resolutions
Collaborate with stake holders to address operational challenges, gather insights and support cross-functional initiatives
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, KPIs and improvement opportunities to management
