Run the whole recruitment process from “Hello!” to “Congrats, you’re hired!”
Keep in touch with candidates even after they start (relationship game strong ????)
Team up with colleagues to smash targets together
Build your own talent network + personal brand
Learn business development: prospecting, pitching, spotting opportunities
Work closely with clients and provide real hiring solutions
