Customer Service Officer

Salary: 

Basic & Fixed Allowance: $2430/Mth + 150/Month

• Min. 6 Months Contract (Renewable and Extendable)

• Can be coverable to Perm

Working days and hours:

5 days work day (including Weekends)

• Shift 1: 0800 to 1800

• Shift 2: 1230 to 2230

Another project (5 days - no weekends - 8.30am - 6pm)

Responsibilities:

• Handles customer service hotline

• Answers inquiries by clarifying, and providing information

• Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email

• Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call backs to customers if necessary

• Call center with multiple campaigns and will be cross trained

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level & above

• Must be able to handle stress well

• Good verbal communication skills
