In this full-time position based in the Central Region, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments.
What you'll be doing
Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data gathering, calculation, verification, and timely payment of salaries and associated deductions
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant payroll-related regulations and labour laws
Liaise with internal departments and external parties, such as government agencies, to resolve payroll-related queries and issues
Prepare and submit mandatory payroll reports and documents
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and processes to improve efficiency
Provide support and guidance to colleagues on payroll-related matters
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll or accounting role, preferably in the Accounting/Payroll industry
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations
Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and external stakeholders
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
