Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: $2,430
Shift Allowance: $150
Working Schedule
5 working days per week (including weekends)
Shift-based work:
Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Shift 2: 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information
Deliver professional and friendly customer service
Assist with daily operational duties as required
Resolve customer issues efficiently and promptly
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work shifts, including weekends
Customer service experience is an advantage
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
