Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Call Centre, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
UP $4400/mth - Customer Service Call Centre - Bi-Annual Bonus! - Mon to Fri
- Handling customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Keeping customer interaction records accurate and up-to-date.
- Following up on customer issues promptly to ensure timely resolutions.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints and feedback effectively.
- Supporting operational needs by working overtime when required.
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Contract: 12 Months (extendable)
Location: East
What We’re Looking For:
- A diploma or degree holder with relevant experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive, cheerful attitude and a strong customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
What We Offer:
- Annual Leave: 14 days.
- Completion Bonus: 1 month Bonus, Bi-annually (twice a year)

- Salary: $3,200 to $4,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
- Allowance: $400 allowance a month on top of basic salary
