As an Administrative Executive, you will provide administrative and customer service support to career centre operations, ensuring smooth daily processes and accurate system updates.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry within stipulated timelines to achieve valid placements
• Update jobseekers’ information accurately in CC 4.0 (e.g. placement clocking)
• Verify and create new appointment bookings via the e-appointment system
• Assign and manage MP cases
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointment slots, union referrals, follow up on enquiries and programme outcomes
• Support preparation of ageing reports, statistics generation and other administrative tasks
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum O-Level qualification and above
• Able to converse in English and at least one other language
• Preferably with prior customer service experience, including handling challenging or demanding clients
• Meticulous, independent and a strong team player
• Willing to learn and adapt to new job-matching systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Work Days: Monday to Friday
