Event Ticket & MarketPlace Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Generate group ticket sales from various sales leads
Conduct cold calls to engage communities, corporate and government organisations
Serve as the main point of contact for customer phone and email enquiries
Assist with group tour scheduling
Follow up on after-sales service and maintain proper documentation
Work with third-party vendors to reconcile accounts and sales
Coordinate with Finance Department for revenue tracking
Support MarketPlace booth sales
Assist with marketing activities and coordination with agencies
Participate in roadshows and publicity activities
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
2) Event Administrative Support
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with volunteer management (T-shirts, access passes, lanyards, volunteers’ lounge)
Support ceremonies coordination (e.g. catering)
Assist in VIP visit coordination
Participate in roadshows and publicity activities
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree qualification
Strong administrative and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and organised
Contract Period
6-7 Months, Start in Feb
