Duration: 3months (Up to 5 months)
Salary: $13.50Hr, OT (if required) x1.5
The Talent
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Strong written communication skills.
Meticulous and organized in handling confidential data.
Self-motivated and able to manage at least 20 cases per day.
Candidates without experience welcome to apply as training will be provided
Job Description
Handle general admin tasks such as data entry, filing etc
Respond to general individual income tax enquiries via email.
Initiate emails to taxpayers when necessary to clarify enquiries.
Promote and encourage the use of e-services and chatbot tools.
