Administrative Executive / Assistant


Location: Central


Responsibilities


Perform general administrative duties

Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally

Maintain office cleanliness and neatness at all times

Sort, scan, and distribute incoming documents on a daily basis

Monitor stationery and pantry supplies and place orders as required (mainly monthly)

Maintain accurate postage records and handle outgoing mail daily

Distribute, order, and manage uniform inventory

Prepare delivery orders and pack uniforms/logistics items

Source quotations for office and administrative purchases

Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Superior

Requirements


Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent

At least 1 year of relevant working experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)

Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
