Adecco is partnering our client, a renowned US Tech MNC, to search for an Operations Support Specialist.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a technical operations environment, providing quality operational support across telecom systems, vendor management, and service request handling.
The Talent
2-4 years of experience providing operations support in a technical or telecom environment
Strong understanding of operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success
Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach with the ability to analyse and interpret data
Experience with SQL or similar analytical tools is beneficial (for analysing operational datasets and identifying trends)
Customer-oriented mindset with strong empathy and service focus
High attention to detail, with the ability to execute standard workflows while adapting to process changes when necessary
Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with a "get it done" attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
The Job
Review operational issues and determine whether a technical solution or process correction is required; identify opportunities to improve business practices and internal processes
Track and report on operational performance for the team; conduct regular data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
Monitor and manage daily telecom service requests and support tickets; facilitate daily standups for prioritisation and triage
Assist in preparing business review content for leadership meetings
Ensure the team adheres to established processes and protocols; proactively highlight deviations that affect quality of support internally and with vendors
Identify and address roadblocks or issues that may impact operations
Support daily handover activities between different regions
Coordinate preparation of regional monthly meeting content
Coordinate customer notifications related to service matters and product/version changes
Document learnings and share operational insights with cross-functional teams
