The Job
Provide end-to-end incident resolution, request fulfillment, and hands-on or remote support to ensure smooth end-user experiences and operational continuity.
Identify recurring issues, escalate problems appropriately, and support 2nd and 3rd line teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
Follow the company Information Security policies, report risks, manage access rights responsibly, and ensure secure IT operations in all support activities
The Talent
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or any related fields
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Familiarity with project management
