Responsibilities:
Develop job descriptions, identify qualifications, and devise recruitment strategies with hiring managers
Utilize various methods to source and screen candidates, including job boards, social media, and referrals
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to manage job offers and onboard new hires
Keep hiring managers and HR informed of recruitment status
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelors in any discipline, mentorship will be provided
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
