Personal Assistant (Japanese Speaking)
Location : Marina Bay Area
Working hours : 6days a week | Office Hours 10am -8pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7000 + $50 Mobile Allowance + AWS + 18 days Annual Leave

Requirements
Manage calendars, meetings, and domestic/international travel arrangements
To assist with setting up and opening new business entities.
Support business initiatives, including research and coordination related to opening new business ventures
Handle email correspondence, phone calls, document preparation, and follow-ups
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
Provide project, reporting, and executive event support
Oversee expense claims, document control, and general office administration
Maintain strict confidentiality while delivering high-level executive support
Requirements
Diploma, Degree, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator
Knowledge and hands-on experience in assisting with the setup or opening of new business entities is required
Willingness to provide after-hours and urgent support (24/7 standby when required)
Proficiency in English and business-level Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
