Position : Accounts Executive (Ship Management Company)
Location : Great World
Working hours : Monday - Thursday 9am to 6.30pm. Friday 9am to 6.00pm.
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave (Up to 21)

Main Responsibilities:
Check and journalize monthly crew transactions and ship statements.
Review charterer and agents’ voyage disbursement accounts; detail line items and account codes, and resolve discrepancies.
Issue and send invoices and credit notes to customers.
Reconcile inter-company balances and manage monthly inter-company billing, journals, and settlements.
Assist in monthly and year end closing.
Collaborate closely with internal departments and crew manning agents.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant experience within the shipping industry.
Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central accounting software is preferred.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
