Responsibilities:
· Be the main liaison party for client communication
· Ability to communicate & coordinate with internal and external parties
· Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg: delivery order / billing of lading, arrival notice, tax invoice and others)
· Perform customs import permit declaration
· Liaise & co-ordinate with overseas agents / customers / haulers /warehouse to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.
· Contact point with site, customers, vendors to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements:
Shipping experience
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Customer oriented
