The Job
Monitor ongoing deals and follow up with offshore processing teams to ensure timely completion.
Liaise with other offices and investors on transaction matters such as rate fixing and repayments.
Prepare offer letters for investors and inter?branch agreements for partner offices.
Design Word/Excel/Access templates to automate manual processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Review current processes and recommend improvements to reduce operational risk.
Update department instruction manuals and workflow documents.
The Talent
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Proficient in Excel; comfortable with Excel VBA coding for automation.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
Able to work with offshore teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
