Job Details:

• Location: Jurong East

• Salary: $12/hr

• Duration: Start 16th Mar to End Jul Extendable

• Working hours: Mon to Fri Office Hours

*During Training Period: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

*After Training Period: Mon to Fri 8am to 530pm

Job Scope:

• Handle inbound calls from members of the public

• Answer calls through system with headsets, write down enquiries in system, assist customers over the phone, write in system things advised

Requirements:

• Comfortable with fast-paced environment

• Candidates who can commit throughout will be highly preferred
