Working Structure:

  • On-site: scheduled upon discussion
  • Part-time, casual admin support
  • Flexible timing and schedule (approx. 7–15 hours/week)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Organise and manage client documents and records
  • Prepare and track forms and admin checklists
  • Schedule appointments and send reminders
  • Support basic admin tasks (uploads, lists, logistics)

Requirements:

  • Residing in Singapore
  • Must be Singaporean/SGPR
  • Minimum Singapore Diploma / A-Level (Overseas degree holders welcome)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Able to work independently
  • Willingness to learn; admin experience preferred but not required
