The Job Sales Support Officer (Up to 3.5K | Tech | Central)
Prospecting and engaging merchants through cold calling, cold emailing, and other outbound channels.
Qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on criteria such as merchant profile, operational readiness, and interest in reservation or SaaS tools.
Booking and scheduling sales meetings for the outbound sales team,
Managing and updating lead records within CRM tools (e.g., Streak, Salesforce) to maintain a clean and up-to-date pipeline.
Collaborating closely with the Merchant Sales Team to align on lead quality, feedback loops, and meeting outcomes.
Maintaining daily/weekly reporting on outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion success rates
The Talent
Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel Skills (Knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Strategy, or Operations
Account Management experience preferred
Knowledge of Tableau, Holistic, Salesforce, Power BI, SQL would be a bonus
