Sales Executive/Senior (Basic+Comms/MNC Company)


Job Description

Responsibilities:


Actively prospect and acquire new customers for freight forwarding services (Air Freight or Sea Freight)


Conduct cold calls, client visits, networking, and lead generation to build new business pipelines.


Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.


Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and service presentations for potential clients.


Negotiate rates and service terms with customers.


Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure service feasibility and competitive pricing.


Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.


Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.


Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.



Requirements:


Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.


Prior sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry (Preferred)


Interested candidates with relevant working experience in the same industry are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.


Knowledge of air freight, sea freight, import/export procedures, and logistics solutions.


Possess strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.


Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
