Customer Service Executive (Manufacturing Industry)
Location : International Business Park (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance)
Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + AWS + Medical/ Dental Allowance
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Develop and Manufacture an extensive range of building automation products
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage documents, drawings, and specifications for quotation requests (email, portals, etc.)
Process customer purchase orders and perform order entry in system
Maintain PO records and track order status
Coordinate raw material collection, receiving, and status updates
Arrange deliveries, shipping documents, and third-party collections
Handle documentation for goods delivery, returns, rework, and replacements
Liaise with customers on delivery updates and order coordination
Support quotation process by routing RFQs to relevant team
Coordinate with QC on material specifications, certifications, and approvals
Ensure timely update of delivery dates in customer systems (e.g. SRM)
Assist in invoicing coordination and general administrative support
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing company
Knowledge of customer orders management
