Location: Ubi (office) + Central
Job Type: 1 Year Contract (Extendable)
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday / PH (Rostered): 9:00am – 3:00pm
Salary: Up to $3,300/month
Job Scope:
Process high volume of quotations & sales orders daily
Handle customer enquiries (phone / email / web chat)
Manage claims (shipment delays, defects, pricing issues)
Requirements:
? Minimum GCE “O” Level
? At least 1 year experience in order processing / customer service
? Able to handle high volume workload (orders & emails daily)
? Detail-oriented with strong accuracy focus
? Able to start within short notice preferred
