Sales & Marketing Manager

Location : Pandan Loop

Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,500 + Commission + Transport Allowance + 7-14 Days Annual Leave + AWS + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

Drive sales and business development efforts to secure corporate advertisers for sponsored paper lunchbox campaigns

Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B brand owners, advertisers, and business partners

Pitch customised advertising solutions and sponsorship opportunities to prospective clients

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase sponsorship revenue and market presence

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close partnership deals

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery

Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities within the F&B and advertising space

Monitor campaign performance and prepare sales reports to track revenue and partnerships

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline

Proven experience in sales, business development, advertising, media sales, or sponsorship partnerships

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Results-driven, independent, and confident in client-facing environments

Able to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively

Experience working with F&B, advertising, or corporate clients will be an advantage

Strong network of business contacts will be a plus

Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
