The Job
Manage and grow key accounts to ensure long-term client satisfaction and business continuity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while identifying opportunities to expand the scope of products or services provided.
Identify and develop opportunities in untapped or emerging markets.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to gain market insights and generate new business leads.
Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared KPIs and sales targets.
The Talent
5 years of experience in key account management.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business (SEA region).
Technical or engineering background is an advantage.
Strong ability to manage and follow through on long-term projects.
Highly task-oriented with the ability to perform well under pressure.
Proactive, with a positive "can-do" attitude.
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is an added advantage.
