Responsibilities
Process customer orders and generate accurate invoices in a timely manner
Liaise with customers to address any queries or concerns related to invoices and orders
Key in customers' sales orders details into the system and ensure accurancy
Maintain customers records and documentation to ensure data integrity
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to streamline administrative processes
Provide general administrative support as needed to contribute to the overall success of the business
Requirements
Nitec in Business Administration or equivalent
With 1 - 2 years of sales administration or order processing experience
Candidate who is able to start work within short notice will be advantageous
