Salary: Up to $3,300 Basic + $280 Fixed Allowances + Overtime

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (5-day work week)

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support the Maintenance team by managing spare parts, tools, and assets within the maintenance warehouse. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on warehouse experience who enjoy working in a structured environment while supporting critical maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the receiving, storage, and issuance of spare parts and consumables in accordance with company SOPs while ensuring accurate documentation.

Support loading and unloading operations safely and efficiently.

Conduct monthly inventory checks and ensure stock levels are properly maintained.

Participate in annual stock take and inventory reconciliation activities.

Perform diesel top-ups for maintenance vehicles when required.

Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification.

At least 2 years of relevant warehouse or inventory management experience.

Possess a valid Forklift Operator License and Class 4 Driving License (Mandatory).

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Well-organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
