Supply Chain Coordinator (12 Months Contract – Renewable / Convertible)

???? Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Scope

Coordinate project logistics and provide technical support to clients, site teams, logistics partners, and customs to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery

Liaise closely with clients and Global Project Managers on documentation, logistics requirements, and project specifications

Manage shipping orders, sample/study shipments, and product returns in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

Prepare, maintain, and ensure accuracy of documentation and system records

Support continuous process improvements, SOP development, and team training initiatives

Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory standards, and cGMP requirements

Implement corrective actions and follow up on operational issues when required

Generate timely reports and maintain well-organized documentation and workspace

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma / Higher Nitec in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain operations will be an advantage

Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data entry systems)

Detail-oriented with good coordination and communication skills

Able to work independently and in a team environment
