Accounts Executive (Full Sets)
Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300

Main Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, and reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial reports and support audits
Process invoicing, payments, and expense claims
Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation records
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax filings
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal departments
Support process improvements and finance system updates
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to full set of accounts.
Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems; strong Excel skills.
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
