We are seeking a highly organised and trusted Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
What You’ll Do
Provide direct support to the Managing Director, including diary, calendar, and administrative management
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless logistics
Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, presentations, reports, and documents with accuracy and timeliness
Organise team meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation
Assist in organising and supporting internal and offsite events, including minute-taking and action tracking
Handle confidential matters and ad-hoc personal assignments with professionalism and discretion
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Secretary
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
Proficient in MS Office and productivity tools
High level of integrity with proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
