The Job
Provide IT & network support including installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including systems, servers, networks, and IT assets to ensure smooth daily operations
Support system reliability and security, including backups, email systems, server monitoring, and implementation of new technologies
The Talent
Minimum Diploma Degree in IT or related field
Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
