Customer Service Executive manages end-to-end sales operations for assigned territories, acting as the key liaison between customers, Sales, factory, and logistics partners. Responsibilities include handling quotations, order processing, pricing checks, payment follow-ups, delivery coordination, and shipping documentation. The role also covers after-sales support such as complaints, returns, and credit/debit note issuance, while ensuring compliance with LC terms, credit limits, and company policies.
Additionally, the role involves coordination with internal teams, maintaining accurate customer data in ERP systems (SAP), and responding to customer enquiries.
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in import/export documentation
Knowledge of LC advantageous / essential
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Hands-on experience in SAP system
Experience in cross-cultural environments and regional markets (SEA, Australia, China, Korea) is an advantage
